Lookout is an accessibility tool that is specially designed for users with sight problems. Thanks to this app, they can more easily identify objects around them. The only thing they have to do is focus their Android camera in any direction, and the app will say out loud the word of whatever is in front of them.
You can choose between three app modes from the main menu in Lookout: explore, buy, or quick read. The first will let you identify objects such as a phone, table, TV, etc. The second will let you scan barcodes to know immediately what the object is. And the third will simply read out loud any short text that is in front of the screen.
Thanks to the recent items tab on the right of the screen, you can quickly look up any item that you've previously identified with Lookout. This is particularly useful for texts, as you can listen to them again at any time.
Lookout is a very useful accessibility tool that users with sight problems can use to identify anything that is around them, with the help of their Android. You get all of this through a comfortable and easy-to-use interface.
